I am super glad I chose Remerlinds for their figures.
The quality of the diorama is amazing (I took the primed version). It is super detailed and I can see that it has been realised with extra care.
Everything was wrapped in individual bubble wrap, and small parts were inside little boxes, so it is really convinient to assemble the figures and paint them. Tiny parts also came in multiple assets, so I'm glad I have a backup if I mess my painting or else ^^
As the order price was over a certain amount, I also got to have a free chibi figure, which is also super detailed, I was impressed to have such a qualitative gift.
Concerning following the advancement of the process, Remerlinds gave me all the infos I needed with kindness. They also responded to my questions with attention.
Last thing : I found the delivery very efficient :)
