Return an order: your right of withdrawal

If you bought from us as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Use the form below to send us your withdrawal request. No account or login needed, and you'll get an email confirmation once it's submitted.

Can I return my order?

It depends on how much we've personalised your kit. Once we start finishing work to your chosen options, the kit is made for you and can't go back on the shelf, so it can't be withdrawn. Here's the quick version:

  • Bronze Eligible

    Cleaned and quality-checked, no custom finishing. You can withdraw within 14 days, less any drop in value if it's been worked on.

  • Silver Personalised

    Support marks sanded and holes filled for you. This finishing work makes it yours, so not eligible for withdrawal.

  • Gold Personalised

    Primed in your chosen colour, gaps filled, parts pre-assembled. Made to your spec, so not eligible for withdrawal.
