Processing Time:

• In-stock items: Ship within 1-2 business days
• Made-to-order items: See individual product descriptions for processing time estimates
• We process and pack orders 7 days a week!
• Shipping carriers do not collect on Sundays

💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

While rare, if your package is lost or arrives damaged:

2. Send photos if there's damage
3. We'll either replace your order or issue a full refund
