Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We offer free shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands for all orders. Additionally we offer free shipping throughout the EU for orders over €150.

We currently ship to all EU countries. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us to discuss options.

Two things add up here: production and transit.

Anything in stock ships within 1 to 2 business days. Made-to-order kits, which is most of the catalogue, have a production estimate on the individual product page, since it depends on the size of the kit and what else is in the print queue.

Once it is dispatched, transit is usually 1 to 2 business days to the Netherlands, 2 to 3 to Germany and Belgium, 3 to 4 to France and Luxembourg, and 4 to 7 to the rest of the EU. We pack 7 days a week, but transit estimates are business days only.

Absolutely! You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking the "Orders" section.

While we don't offer express shipping as a standard option, we may be able to accommodate rush orders. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

We primarily use DHL, with DPD and PostNL as our backup carriers. If you have specific carrier requirements, please message us and we'll see what we can arrange.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately from the email address you used to place the order. We'll do our best to update it before shipping.

Items ordered together in a single order are automatically combined for shipping. If you place multiple separate orders in quick succession, reach out to us and we'll see if we can combine them for you.

Processing times vary based on our current print queue and the complexity of your models. Made-to-order items typically ship within 2-7 business days, but intricate pieces may take longer. We'll keep you updated on expected shipping times. If you're concerned, please reach out.

Packaging & Unboxing

Your figures are carefully packed using cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper. Larger orders may include multiple smaller boxes within one shipment. Fragile parts receive extra protection and delicate details (like hair strands or fingers) are bagged separately - if something breaks off, it's usually easy to glue back on!

Yes! We're committed to sustainable packaging:

  • Packing paper: 100% recycled paper

  • Cardboard boxes: Fully recyclable and FSC certified, made from recycled materials

  • Bubble wrap: Made from 100% recycled material

We don't print branding directly on boxes so you can easily reuse them—the best recycling is reusing!

While our multi-part kits make traditional gift wrapping challenging, we're happy to include a personalized gift note with your order. Contact us to discuss how we can make your gift extra special.

We take great care in packaging to prevent shipping damage. Fragile parts are additionally bagged—if something breaks, it's often glueable (we're all makers here!). If your order arrives damaged and you are unable to, or do not want to, try and fix the damaged part, please contact us with photos of the packaging and damage for a replacement.

Yes! Multi-part models come with printed color-coded assembly instructions featuring a parts diagram and 3 / 4-angle reference images.

Your order includes:

  • The item(s) you ordered

  • Assembly instructions for multi-part models

  • A checklist we use to keep track of the parts at different stages for QC

  • A gift note (if requested)

  • Our signature thank-you card

Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss changes or cancellation.

Select countries have access to Klarna's pay-in-3 option at checkout.

Payment is processed immediately upon order placement.

Yes! We use Shopify's secure checkout system, which meets all industry security standards.

While we cannot process tax-free purchases, you can download VAT invoices from your account for tax reclaim purposes.

Try a different card or payment method. Ensure your billing address matches your card's registered address. If problems persist, please contact us.

Stock & Availability

Most items are made-to-order, so they're always "in stock"! Check product descriptions for details.

Yes! Items marked sold-out will return. Items being discontinued are removed entirely. Ask us if unsure.

As a 3D printing business, we produce most items on-demand rather than maintaining expensive inventory.

Our suppliers release multiple models monthly. We render, price, and list them as quickly as possible!

Gift Related

Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations.

Absolutely! Enter their shipping address and name at checkout for the products you want to gift.

Yes! Contact us to add a personalized gift message.

We never include printed invoices. As long as you use your email (not the recipient's), they won't see pricing.

Damage and quality issues

First, snap a photo of the box before opening it. If you find damaged parts inside, just send us photos of both the packaging and the affected pieces.

We take extra care to bag up the most delicate parts separately — that way, if something does break during shipping, you can often fix it with a dab of glue. But if that's not going to work for you, just reach out and we'll do our best to figure out a solution that makes you happy.

Resin parts can be reshaped! Place the bent part in hot (not boiling) water for a few seconds. The part should return to its original shape. If needed, gently guide it while warm, then let it cool naturally.

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping, but if you've received a defective piece, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll make it right!

First, double-check the packaging—small parts can hide in bubble wrap or small bags. If you still can't find it, please contact us with a photo of your instruction manual with the missing part circled.

Product photos show representative colors. We typically use dark or light grey resin, though availability sometimes requires alternatives like beige. The color doesn't affect quality—all resins perform identically.

Please report any quality concerns via our contact page with photos and your order number.

Returns & Refunds

As an EU consumer you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without needing to give a reason. Two things fall outside that right: kits finished specifically for you, which means all Silver and Gold finishes, and anything ordered with custom or personalised options. Those are made to your specification and cannot be returned to a sellable state.

Return shipping on a change of mind is at your cost. If the problem is ours, a wrong item or a genuine defect, we may cover it. Full terms are on our refund policies page

Should you wish to return an applicable product please contact us.

For damaged items, wrong products, or quality issues - contact us and we'll make it right.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return, include your order number. We'll let you know if your return is approved and provide instructions.

You pay return shipping unless we made an error (wrong item, defective product).

We inspect returns within 3 business days of receiving them. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days, and your bank or card issuer usually needs another 3 to 5 business days on top of that.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send replacements or issue a refund.

Since most items are made-to-order and we begin production quickly, cancellations are handled case-by-case. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders that haven't entered production can typically be cancelled for a full refund.

For minor issues that don't require a return (small imperfections that don't affect functionality), we may offer partial store credit. This is evaluated case-by-case based on photos and the specific situation.

Yes! Orders over €99 qualify for a free chibi from our monthly rotation. You'll see the current selection displayed on product page cards. Pick your favorite at checkout!

The free chibi follows the same finish level as the majority of your order — if most items are Bronze, the chibi will be Bronze; if most are Gold, your chibi gets the full Gold treatment too.

Product Options & Customization

We offer three finish options to match your painting experience and preferences:

🥉 BRONZE (DIY Ready) Perfect for experienced hobbyists and those building armies. You'll receive your figure with supports removed, washed & cured, and quality checked. You'll need to sand support marks, fill any visible holes or gaps, and prime the model yourself. This gives you full control over the preparation process.

🥈 SILVER (Detail Ready) - MOST POPULAR Our recommended choice for most painters! Everything from Bronze PLUS we sand the support marks and fill visible holes. The figure is ready for you to apply primer and start painting. This saves you preparation time while still letting you choose your preferred primer.

🥇 GOLD (Paint Ready) When you just want to paint! Everything from Silver PLUS we fill all gaps, prime the figure (choose black, gray, or white), and for base parts, may pre-assemble them to properly fill all gaps. Your figure arrives ready for paint - no preparation needed. Perfect for display pieces or when you want to dive straight into the creative part.

Not sure? Most customers choose Silver as it offers the best balance of value and convenience. Bronze is great for bulk orders and experienced painters, while Gold is ideal if you want to just focus on painting.

We select resin colors based on current availability of the resins we use, typically using dark or light grey as well as an intense beige. Specific colors cannot be requested, but quality is consistent regardless of color.

Yes! Some models offer transparent parts (noted on product pages). For special requests, please contact us.

We don't offer custom bases for the Figures/Chibis. Wargaming models include either designer-specified bases or standard bases.

We are generally able to scale the models up or down up to around 30% and have them still print fine. As this significantly impacts print times and resin consumption the price will be affected. If you are interested in a custom scaled figurine please contact us.

Chibis are smaller, stylized cute figures perfect for different painting techniques. Full-size models (1:8-1:10 scale) have larger surfaces ideal for airbrushing.

Not regularly, though we're developing painted product lines. Feel free to inquire, but we may decline if we feel our skills aren't quite there yet!

Figurines/chibis aren't designed for part-swapping (though you can modify with cutting/sanding). Wargaming models often have interchangeable arms, weapons, and heads.

Most listings include a scale image showing exact dimensions — this is always your most reliable reference.

We print figures at full scale by default (the largest version). We don't currently offer 75mm variants or busts, though this may change in the future. If multiple size options become available for a model, you'll see it labeled above the title.

Scale by brand:

  • Bulkamancer: Mostly 1:8 scale, with exceptions for very small or large characters

  • myAnimate: Mostly 1:8 scale

  • NomNom Figures: Mostly 1:8 and 1:10 scale, varies per model

Some older listings don't have scale images yet — just message us and we'll measure the 3D file for you!

Painting & Assembly

We recommend Vallejo Model Color paints and Army Painter airbrush paints for best results.

No washing needed! However, we strongly recommend priming before painting for best paint adhesion.

Cyanoacrylate (super glue) works great for most parts. For heavier pieces, use 2-part epoxy and consider pinning with wire for extra strength.

Fine sandpaper and fillers like Milliput work best for removing any remaining support marks.

Our resin has some flexibility but maintains the rigidity needed for fine details. These are collectibles, not toys—dropping can break parts, but nothing that super glue and patience can't fix!

Wargaming Specific

Our figures are third-party proxies. Tournament eligibility depends on specific event rules—check with your tournament organizer.

Our wargaming line is 28/32mm scale.

Check our current wargaming listings for army bundles. Otherwise, build your force with our Combat Action Packs (CAPs).

Absolutely! Your imagination is the only limit.

Yes, one base per model. We include designer-specified bases when available, otherwise standard bases.

Not currently listed separately, but message us with your terrain needs!

Custom Orders & Requests

Most likely yes! Please contact us with details.

Pricing depends on material usage, print time, and post-processing complexity. Manual support work costs extra. Contact us for a fair quote.

Unfortunately, 3D sculpting is outside our current skillset.

We can print anything that's legal.

For our licensed models, you would have to obtain permission from the sculptor. For your own models, ensure you have commercial rights. Contact us for clarification.

Production & Licensing

Yes. We buy a commercial licence from the digital sculptor who created each model, which is what gives us the right to print and sell physical copies, and it means a share of every kit reaches the artist who made it. The sculptor is named on every product page.

To be precise about what that covers: the licence is with the sculptor, not with the studio that owns the character. Sculpts of characters from games, anime and films are unofficial fan art, and we label them that way. Anyone telling you their fan art figures are officially approved by the rights holder is not being straight with you.

Gelderland, The Netherlands.

We have multiple Uniformation GK3 Pro printers as well as 1 Uniformation GK3 Ultra. Besides that we have a Bambulab H2C for future FDM and. laser projects.

We utilize premium textured resins to make the most use out of the high resolution of our printers.

Depending on product types we choose different resins with different strengths - for display pieces we use resins like Chitu Conjure Sculpt whereas for Wargaming we use resins like Ameralabs TGM-7 or Wargamer by Fauxhammer. This choice is made in the interest of offering our customers the best possible products, display pieces need crisp details and them being a bit more fragile is an okay tradeoff, they are standing on a shelf after all, on the other hand Wargaming pieces are actively used and need to have a bit more flex.
